What this policy covers

This policy covers the public InsightsNexus website, newsletter and design partner forms, and related follow-up communications. It does not describe every detail of the local product because the design partner build may change during the program.

Information you provide

When you request a design partner invitation or subscribe through a public form, the site collects the email address you submit. Some forms may also send optional context fields if they are displayed on the page.

How the website uses that information

Submitted contact information is used to follow up about the design partner program, send relevant product updates, and respond to requests. The current form sends subscriber data to MailerLite, the mailing-list provider used by the site.

Analytics

The website loads Umami analytics to understand basic page traffic and improve public content. This should not be confused with product telemetry inside investigation workflows.

Payments

The current public design partner offer is free. If paid checkout is used elsewhere on the site, payment details are handled by Stripe; InsightsNexus does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Investigation data

Do not submit sensitive investigation data through public website forms. The product direction is local-first; see the security and data-handling page for the current public summary.
