Use of the website

The InsightsNexus website is provided to explain the product, publish educational content, and collect interest in the design partner program. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information you do not have permission to share.

Design partner program

The design partner program is a 90-day early-access program for a small cohort of working practitioners. Access during the program is free, participation is selective, and there is no obligation to become a paying customer after the program.

Feedback

Participants may share feedback, bug reports, workflow notes, and product suggestions. InsightsNexus may use that feedback to improve the product without owing compensation for suggestions.

No sensitive submissions through public forms

Public website forms are for contact information and program interest. Do not submit confidential case files, restricted operational details, client data, or sensitive evidence through those forms.

Informational content

Blog posts and public pages are provided for general information. You are responsible for your own legal, operational, security, and compliance decisions when conducting investigations.

The privacy policy and security page explain the current public position on website data, local-first workflows, and investigation data handling.
